Default Safe 60'

I have a stock drivetrain and i am gonna get some mickey thompson ET Street Radials and i would like to know on my stock rear what safe 60' times and what rpm would be safe to launch at? Also i need a new clutch, I AM gonna get a spec. where is the best & cheapest place to get a Spec Stg 2+ at?

It'll be best to go ahead and get your axle tubes and stuff welded, a built rear will help alot too. I'd say once you get into 1.7 60's without upgrading anything stuff will start breaking, but all cars are different.
