i just spoke with the owner and it has a salvage title. front end damage. he doesnt know what happened as he bought it like that nor does he have any pics of before and after. bought and owned since 7000 on the clock.
That explains the lack of pics of the engine compartment. It would be easy to see to a trained eye that there was damage significant enough to be a salvage title. Lining up the fenders and hood is easy. Making the seams in the engine compartment look factory is nearly impossible.
