Default broke axle

ok if my axle breaks will my car fall on the wheel or what'll happen i have no clue!

what kind of break do you mean?

if you strip your spyder gears, probably nothing will happen but what COULD happen is a peice can lock the rear diff up, and the drive shaft is connect to that, which is connect to the transmisssion..you get the point

i think maybe a spline would break or something, in which case i dont think theres any damage to the rest of the car, but i could be wrong...are you planning on launching on slicks or something?

it depends on how it breaks. if it breaks clean from the hub, your wheel will fall of completley and the axel will be hitting the ground and will probably cause further damage.

i've broken 3 axles wheeling trucks and they all broke the same way, diff locked up which of course in turn stopped drive shaft which spat drive shaft out every time. never had a tire fall off, that would have been quite a fall from 38.5" to ground.
