Default Best Shocks/Struts

I am going to be getting some lowering springs and some adjustable shocks/struts in the next month or so. I was thinking about these: http://www.americanmuscle.com/kybagxspadsh1.html and http://www.americanmuscle.com/kybagxspadsh.html.

Which shocks/struts do you guys recommend?

Which settings are best for handling wise?

I have no clue what I am looking for though. All i know is that I want adjustable ones that will improve my handling and not break the bank.

Take a look at Bilsteins! They are not adjustable- but about the best shock / strut for the money! I couldnt be happier.

I have bilsteins paired up with H&R ss spings and I'm extremely happy. Its a nice drop, it rides sporty but not rough, and has a solid feel. The only thing that might make me feel everycrack in the road would the 18" Bullitts.

+1

IMO almost any name brand adjustable shock will be as good as any other. They are adjustable, so if you don't like how they feel you can always just change the settings.

the Stranges have more settings than the KYBs and Tokicos though ^. plus aren't they cheaper? i wish i had seen the Stranges when i did my suspension. oh well i got my KYBs brand new off someone on here who sold his car...for $335 shipped. boxes never even opened.
