I beleive the 1000 can hold 15- 16 psi which is more than your car can take. Chances are you will want more boost so call paxton and tell them that you want a smaller boost pulley. the stocker is 3.25 and they sell 3.00 and 2.75. Get your Af down to 11.5 or so is the safe zone. I only hit 7 psi on my car and it was tuned VERY conservatively. With the stock pulley i hit 336 whp on the street tune and when we put a slightly less safe tune(just to see what it'd do) it hit 358 and 361 tq (i kept the street tune, I'm paranoid)

Get an exhaust, pulley the blower, intercool it, and get a good intake setup (manifold, Throttle body Plenum) You should be satisfied with it after that.

i have the stock MAF...My tuner uses SCT so i guess the gameplan will be smaller pulley; and Powerpipe and perhaps some methanol.....and the 42lb injectors.....what do you think? 370 rwhp?

I would think with a powerpipe and pulley and methanol you shouldn't have too hard a time gettin there. It should be right where you want it

** definitely get a 90mm MAF.

Hit up Nanaki on Pipes, Boost, Juice forum, he can give you the facts based on experience with meth. If you don't have an air-to-air intercooler a meth kit is the next best choice.

methanol has a higher octane rating, but it doesn't have the same energy as regular gasoline. it'll cause your engine to detonate and cause damage

Wow, you need a good tune, those are horrible numbers. Stock with a blower I think you should atleast be at 340-350.
The best thing you can do is get a good tune, next I would get a 75mm throttle body & plenum, a 90mm MAF, long tubes will help alot but since you're getting a long midpipe now it would be pointless. All of this IMO should get you to atleast 350 if not more if you can get a good tune.
Contact some people in your area and see who the best tuner is, if you have time Modular Powerhouse in GA is one of the best for mustangs.
+1

The novi 1K is more than enough to produce more power than your stock shortblock can ever dream of handling. With the right combo even on the stock motor you can make 420+ WHP with that blower.

Ok maybe i was just going thru some post purchase dissonance.

it seems like my little Novi 1k we'll put me right where i need to be.

Tune, injectors, powerpipe, plenum here i come.

We'll err on the side of a bit of conservatism.
