When I am pushing the car hard and I shift quickly sometimes it will make a loud popping noise is this backfire in the intake? If it is backfire in the intake how do I fix it? If not what is causing this sound and how do I fix it?

Do you have exhaust done? It could just be from the revs falling real fast inbetween shifts.

I have flowmaster catback and MAC O/R H-pipe.

Is it a lot of little pops... such as ratteling rocks in a can or is it just one loud pop?
