well either one you should be welding them in; SO unless you can weld your own, someone else is going to be doing it anyway.
ONLY do weld ins!!!

well i had my SFCs welded on when i had my exhaust done. i completely forgot about the carpet thing. anywho they did it and i had absolutely no problem. does that mean that you for SURE won't? idk. i'm just telling you i didn't have a problem. also they didn't charge me any extra labor since my car was already on the lift and they already had the welder out. so you might want to do it when you have other stuff being done on the car.

I have Steeda SFC's and they require less welding to install.There aren't as many little pieces but they would require a pretty much straight frame and body to get everything to match up well.

the lift was one that supported the whole, car not just the frame. the suspension WAS loaded [8D]

Labor isnt a problem, my friend owns a Shop.
