Yeah, you should have at least a 2 ton floor jack. Don't use the piece of crap they give you for changing tires.

I have that one, the fukking welds broke and damn near killed me while putting my H-pipe on my s197. Luckily I had some 4x8" under the tires (almost an inch lower than the jacks), **** duralast

good lord, you cut that **** off with a dremel?!?!? with th elittle 2 inch diameter cutting tool??!/ hilarious cause it wasn't me. [sm=icon_rofl.gif]
Sure...
Took about 15 minutes per side and a hell of a lot easier than using a hacksaw.
You need to use a heavy duty cutting wheel though.

Never underestimate the power of the Dremel tool.
Most people don't use it properly and thus have problems.
High RPM and let the wheel do all the work and it cut though like butter.

Well, yall really didnt answer the question but the other advice really helped. What I was hoping to get an answer for was do i put the jack stands up in the rear and put and like wheel blockers or a piece of wood or whatever in the front of the front tires or what?
I backed mine up on the ramps and installed it that way.
Put a floor jack with a 2x6 on top (the long way) to jack up the body a little bit so the you can get the pipes over the rear axle.
Truly the most difficult part is getting the hangers into the rubber mounts.
What a PITA even using dishwashing liquid to lubricate.
