Nice, about how much hp could I expect from a supercharger?
you should only go about as high as 410- 420 rwhp to be safe (stock bottom end cant take much more) exhaust + superchager will get you there

ATI Procharger=self contained unit and can put you in 11's on stock engine,oh and there kit comes with the intercooler.400-450hp is the maxa 2v motor can safely run.

Cool, thanks for all the input, I'm going to continue doing research...thanks for the tip on the 400 hp range...it would suck to blow my car up.

11's with the stock motor? You mean w/full suspension, skinnies, slicks and a great driver?. It's possible but not realistic at all...

Would it be less irritating if I said Vortec?

And yes, I have logged a few miles on a 2.1 KB 03 Torch Red Mach owned by my bosses brother.

700 bucks in suspension and some mickey thompson drag radials should get it done.... we will see.

MDvaldosta went as fast as 11.97s on nittos and 11.40s on slicks with his stock shortblock/vortech setup.

You'll be happy with either kit. The Vortech Mongoose kit from MPH will be your best bet if you're looking for the most economical kit. The Procharger's and the KB's are going to be a little more expensive. You will be impressed by all forced induction. I paid just shy of $6k for my s/c and all the tuning. Best $6k ever spent IMO.
