What's theeasiest way to make a 2000 GT faster than an 05+ GT? (not including nitrous)

Gears and full exhaust should get you close. But to be certain, nitrous ftw!

ok thanks, i was just asking because my friend's been talking crap about how his (actually his dad's) new GT could waste mine and i'm looking for a way to make sure this doesn't happen. BTW they're both manual

Are they both stock? I have heard of the 05+'s going into the mid 13s stock. It will be tough to beat him without shelling out some money.

we're both stock. i was thinking of getting some 4.10s. I know i won't be able to beat him with just those but how much will that do?

Even if he gets gears, if the driver in the 05+ can half way drive he is still gonna have a problem. As far as gears go they will def give you a better chance a beating him.

tell him no **** his daddys car could beat yours, its called 5 years of research, them meat him at the track and out drive him, from what youve said, he either wont show or can drive, youve all ready got it won my friend
