Just a little problem!

I just hooked up my new speed guages, but ran into a problem! The guage for my speed is way off, it says im going 50 when im really doing like 20! Anyone know what I could do about this?

you "hooked them up" or are they gauge faces if they are faces, i hope you recorded where the needles were at when you turned the ignition on
