Screw a few years!The resale value on our cars will suck tomorrow! If you bought a mustang to trade it later, most will be disappointed. If you want resale value buy a G35 coupe (yummy!).

yes. the 99 stangs are only worth 5,500-6 on trade in, 7-9 private sale, the 01/02s are going to be there next, and then the 03/04's, while the 99's will be 3 thousand. Thats the market for ya.

Damn! I'm getting my car painted right now for 2 grand (insurance of course). The cost of the paint job is almost 1/3 what my car is worth on a trade in. That's why I'll never trade it in. I'll just hand it down to the next sucker in my gene pool.
