Default What it takes for a NPI to run mid-low 13s?

Im just wondering what it would take for an auto npi 98 mustang gt to run mid-low 13s. My first run stock was 15.3 with a sub box, spare tire, jack and full tank of gas, (was also my first time at the track.) So now i have a PI intake manifold, and an O/R H pipe and 4.10s waiting to be installed. Assuming i get a tuner and some DRs, what else is needed? And im not doing heads... yet.

PI Intake & cams along with your 4.10's and a nice 3200 stall TQ Conv will get you damn close.
Removing the spare etc and less then a 1/4 tank will also help...gas is heavy.

That would probably get you there, but you might aswell get some heads just to be sure.

what kind of gains are expected just from the pi intake manifold without the pi cams and heads?

All you really neeed is full bolt on, full PI Swap, some nice sticky tires, the stall and shift kit, 4.10 gears, and the most effective mod....the good driver mod
