e-brake rattle

e-brake rattle
right now i have my center console off and i want to fix the dang rattle coming from my e-brake before i put the console back on. if i push the handle down it will stop rattling, its really annoying from 2.5-3k rpm. can anyone save my soul and let me know how to fix it?
