lol yea you do got a point. Im really tired of hearing all this bashing towards the 2 valves. Its really annoying, if you want a ls1 or 4 valve GO BUY ONE. No use complaining about how much the SOHC motor sucks. I also agree, we really need to bash ricers.

i didnt mean to start the 5.0 vs 4.6 hting, what i ment was, almost every day on here i c a thread or a question 4v vs. 3v. vs. 2v .ls1, the 5.0 forum IN GENERAL dont do that, we look at it as its a ford, than its good.

dude wtf is wrong wit 4.6 guys in general. we 5.0 guys dont wanna race eachother, we go after rice or chevy. u all are so concerned wit the 4v vs. 3v it aint even funny. oh and by the way, if driven properly a stock 05+ gt vs. a stock mach will be a drivers race. the torque curve on those things is unbelievable, they pull hard the whole way, dyno at like 280-290 torque to wheels at peak but usually around 270.
you know not to start a 5.0 vs 4.6 arguement but that is pretty biased making it sound like ALL us 4.6 guys are concerned about it, and that ALL you 5.0 guys are little mustang angels. i do agree with the power thing though, 05+ GT's aren't that much slower than a Mach1/cobra. And the reason why they think they can beat alot of other cars is that they got a pretty much brand new car that can beat probably like 70% of the normal sporty stock cars out there.

whats wrong with the under drive pulley it was on there when i bought the car so i just left it?

ah all i'm saying is don't generalize all the 4.6 poeple asking wtf is wrong with all of us. even if it's a ford i don't really mind, a race is a race whether it's agaisnt a bowtie or another pony in my book. honestly i don't know if it happens in the forums but i know my 2 neighbors have 351 mach's, my brother and dad are hardcore 289/302 poeple, they bash on each others motors all the time, it's still all good tho
