From what ive heard, our 4.6 motors dont respond hardly at all to being stroked.

A bored engine is NOT refered to as stroked, they are two seperate things. Also boring does not enlarge the combustion chamber, it enlarges the cyclinder bores. The combustion chamber is part of the head.
the combustion chamber is between the piston and the head where the explosion happens

at least thats what i thought

.my big bore (.160 over) stroker makes 416hp and now its getting ford gt heads and a sheetmetal intake manifold and bigger cams shooting for 500.

the 4v responds best to increased displacement the 2v hardly sees any improvement.

the BBS 3v made 360hp on horsepower tv

No Bill, the combustion chamber is in the head. It's the small dished out area that the valves are in. When you see heads in a catalog the list the combustion chamber volume in cc's. You could make an argument that the small space when piston is at TDC is technically part of the combustion chamber but when talking about heads it is accepted that the combustion chamber is in the heads.
