Default 2003 GT first upgrade

Hello there Im new to the Mustang world lol, But anyways i have myself a 2003 GT that i just purchased and I am ready to start beefing it up but dont want to spend to much money all together would like to spread out things. I already Orderd a K&N CAI here Tommorow I was thinkin and doin some re-search and this is my conclusion but probally not the right one and if someone who has done these upgrades be willin to head me in the right direction that would be great heres me plan on upgrades in order

1. Full set of Pulleys 22% overdrive on water pump and 8% on alternator a Plenum and TB all together lookin at $400

2. Diablo Preditor Flash Tuner, Set of Spark Plugs, Coils, OME Connecters, 500* Boots Lookin at around $500

3. Then lookin at 3.73 Gears Lookin at $200 MAYBE CAM's at that time aswell that'll ad prob $300 or so but

Tell me what you think of my opinons, Again I am not really V8 minded I know about them just dont know what Goes best at what time.

I would go with gears first if I were you. Huge difference that is actually noticable. Next, I would go with exhaust.

I wouldn't go with spark plugs just yet, and cams are gonna cost a little more than $300. Go with gears and exhaust first!

Ya I guess im lookin around $550 for the CAM's. I figured the plugs would work good with the Tuner and the Coils and what not

Yes, you can use a tuner. I used a speedo gear, but that doesn't work for 99 and up from what I understand. Trust me, gears are worth the $ though.

When you install a reargear your speedo will be off probably from 10-20 mph, You can get a $400 tuner to fix your speedo, or you can install a speedo gear for $10, alot cheaper, but it still mightbe off a few mph. A tuner wont do much goodfor a stock 03 gt anyway, unless its an auto, then you can change your shift points. I'd get the tuner once youstart installingtb, cams and things of that sort.

I am basing that off info I have read on this forum. I have never seen them for 99 and up either. Hopefully, someone will chime in and confirm it.
