My old one cracked at the thermostate housing and leaked coolant into my 5,6, and 7 cylinders' plug wellscausing them to foul. Go to www.americanmuscle.com and look for the replacement manifold with the aluminum cross over. It's under 200 bucks.

I'd bet the farm on the intake. Same thing happened to my girlfriend's 98 GT vert. Bad fuel pump>>>>>not enough fuel/too much air>>>>>cracked intake.
Coolant pooled in #3 and #6 injector causing misfires. Codes were there for everything.
