Default Pro Chamber by mac?

Are the 2 1/2 inch Pro Chamber by Mac any good, my budy is selling his car, and he is putting back on stock exhaust. I would be putting on my 99 Gt. He wants 125.00 bucks.
thanks

Actually they make the Prochamber with and without cats.

From everything I've heard it is a great choice.

If MD is running it........ Well you make your choice.

For that price I'd say it has no cats, go for it!

sorry off topic sorta, if i got JUST a borla catback made for the 03-04 cobras and skipped the x-pipe and headers would my car be a lot louder then the stock catback? or would i have to get those for it to REALLY turn heads? heres the exhaust if it matters, this one is overpriced but it's the exhaust i'm lookin at http://www.brothersperformance.com/s.../bor14858.html

The catback is where you get your basic sound and tone. Putting on a midpipe and/or headers is basically like turning on an amplifier to a low setting for a guitar. It will add volume, definition, and will bring out the tone in your catback, not to mention add a few ponies. The midpipe and headers arent necessary, but if you feel that the borla catback on your cobra needs a little more waking up, then midpipe is the way to go.

Keep in mind that removing your cats is against federal law. If you have to pass emissions you'll have a sore wallet & cornhole when your done trying to get her to pass the sniffer & visual inspection. It helps to have a friend willing to pass you.
