Default NX plate system any good??

birthday is comming up and im saving for a NX kit...just wondering if this one is any good...i would only run a 75 shot on it.

That is the kit I have on mine. It ran really well with it. I only got to run it 4 times before I blew a piston. MAKE SURE YOU GET IT TUNED. That is where I made my mistake. Oh well I got a built motor out of the mistake. It is a good kit though pretty easy to install.

04comporangegt...what kind of times did you run with it befor u blew the piston...and what were your mods at the time

That is true it was non tuned. It was the 50 shot. Thats all it took on a non-tuned engine. All the mods are still listed in my sig that I had I have not updated it. I never got the times. Sorry.

There was something wrong with your engine before, or you werent spraying any fuel. The is no way a properly set up 50 shot should do anything.

People bolt on a 50 shot untuned on stock Honda's.

I hear those NX plate kits have a pretty serious lean spike once you spray. I wouldnt put the plate kit on my car without a goodtune to correct that lean spike if possible, and possibly abigger fuel pump along with the other supporting mods for then20.
