The Mach1 IAC restrictor plate will cause your exhaust to gurgle more and more engine sound to be heard from the CAI.
Its a great cheap mod, ebay has em for $15 shipped.

Do you know the exhaust setup in that video? My idle is at 700 maybe. It jumps around alot because of the cams. The exhaust is loud but not at idle. Dont slp's LM1 sound like a machine gun when you get on it.
