Default Tuning Question

I am getting a Procharger Stage II I/C 10 psi kit, and I was wondering if i needed to have a dyno tune or if i could just put it on and it would run. Any imput is needed. Thanks

It will run with out a tune but once you go into boost it wont run for long. You need a tune!

If it comes with a chip, that should be fine, although it won't yield you the full potential of the car.

If it doesn't come with a chip, and you'll be running the stock tune, well...

No tune, car go boom.

once you get it on...it's important to keep it out of boost until it's tuned. just like oxfordgt said, it won't run for long if you don't tune it

well, it comes with a tune chip, and the guy at Texas Hot Rods said it should not need a tune since I have this chip, i dont know what all information my dad gave to the guy but he said i shouldnt have to

NEVER trust a mail order tune... at the VERY LEAST get it to a dyno to check a/f... dyno tuning will get the most out of the car though..
