hey guys i need y'alls help. Got the kit installed and signals work great, but my brake lights don't work. Anyone know what the problem might be? I've looked over the wiring a hundred times and checked all fuses and everything looks good.

maybe the bulbs are bad?? Did you try to replace them... These bulbs are dual filaments so I'm not sure if that'll fix it.. Worth a shot though..

aren't the signal bulbs the same ones as the brakes? there's 3 bulbs and all three light up.

Yes, but although your turn signals might work, the brake lights might not.. Like I said it's worth a shot since all wiring looks good/no blown fuses...

well the 3rd brake light doesn't work either. i guess it's worth a shot but what are the chances of all 3 brake lights going out? i called the tech support line from the place i bought it and the dude said something about my brake switch being out.something about aspring loaded something underneath the steering column. I don't know.I guess i'm just gonna have to take itto ford or something on monday. I'm gonna toy with itsome more tomorrow. Man this sucks!!

Yeah, I believe there is something under the brake pedal that knows when you're actually hitting the brake.. Could be that also, didn't really think about it, since the 3rd brake light doesn't work, I would really rule out the bulbs and look more towards what they told you.. Didn't know the 3rd brake doesn't work..
