Default Rear end sagging

i have a 2001 mustang gt and the driver side rear is sagging its got to the point where its leaning the car while driving. I though it was a spring sagging but i put brand new eibach sportlines and new shocks and it didnt help has anyone ever had this problem before or can give me any suggestions of what it might be.
thanks

Do you have the springs on correctly?
The bottom pigtail has to be pointing towards the drivers side of the car for both springs.

Are the swaybars ok? I would check the swaybar and then the rear shocks.

Shocks?

Shove down on the rear of the car, if it does anything execept for go down once and then back up to the stock location they are worn. In other words, it should not "bounce" up and down.

What's the mileage on the car?

Does it sit right at a stop or is this only when moving?

I am kinda thinking you may have very worn bushings in the lower control arm.
If one side is much worse than the other it may cause this as the car is driving and it (ca)is under load.
Can't think of anything else as you said the springs are on right, the shocks are new and the sway bar is on tight.
