That is correct you are still dealing with weak rods and weak pistons. Manual models did have forged cranks.

For all thats done to that car its worth 20k or close. Looks like a sweet ride except for that bumper and side scoops.

If you do buy it, just make sure to have a good shop check it out prior to make sure its in good working order. Some guys try to dump boosted cars when something either broke or is on its way out...pistons/rods, transmission, the supercharger itself to name a few. Just be safe when you make the purchase to avoid headaches in the long run and if u do buy it, good luck with it.
