So, this would be all I need to crank up the power? And also will I need a dyno tune with this?

 

Well, how's the rest of your car? No use in making 900 hp with the engine if the tranny and rear end blow. You can rev the engine all you want, just won't go anywhere. Can't forget the drivetrain when making a lot of power. Gotta upgrade the suspension to get that power to the ground, too.
