Shop wants to install headers and tune my car for $1300 including parts. Bassani Midlengths. I think that is a good price. Just thought i would get ideas fromothers. Thanks!

Sounds about right. I got 4 quotes before I got my LTs installed, 600, 650, we don't do LTs on Mustangs, and the final place charged me 250 for the install. If that price includes parts, install, and a dyno tune then go for it. Do you have the tuner or does that price include the actual tuner?

i have the tuner. They have tuned my car before. I think they quoted me the order this way
$510 for the headers
$500 for install (they have to slightly modify the x-pipe)
$300 for the tune.

Sounds good. Idk if I'd pay 300 for a tune though. Unless it was a dyno tune and the car was on there for a long time.

Yeah it is going to be a dynotune. They usually charge $400 for a dynotune. I might wait to get it all done though cause i think i want to get a TB and plenum, and get it all tuned together.
