if this is off-topic because every serious topic in that place turns into jokes. anyways is it possible to sue a car dealer where you bought you're car from for repairs? i had to pay over 2000 dollar in repairs ( new computer, alternator, rear end ) in 3 months that i've owned this car. do i have a chance of winning in court if i do?

Look up your state's Lemon Law. You might be able to make the dealer buy the car back, but I wouldnt count on getting the repairs paid for

Did you get a warranty? Have you tried talking to your dealer?

honestly if you had everything under warranty then you should be able to take it to court and win. i had the exact same problem with a '96 talon ESi i bought from a very tiny dealer. The car's serp. belt kepy f'ing up and we took it back atleast 2 (maybe 3 times) to have it fixed, well it was never fixed. We came back to the dealer and told him we wanted him to buy it back, he said no but he would put it back on his lot for free(he had no other choice really, he knew he was screwed if he would of kept f'ing with us any longer). Deal is, if it was under warranty when stuff messed up, take them to court and you should win, of course if you have some sort of proof this stuff happened while you were on your warranty.
