What are the laws in your state? In CT you automatically get a limited warranty on a used car purchase, the lenght of coveragedepends on what the car cost.

I think it's 30 days minimum on any used car you buy from a dealer in CT.

Someone must have really abused the hell out of that car. If you bought with a warranty consult help if not you are on your own. I don't believe lemon laws apply to used cars.

A used car dealer has to give 30 day limited warranty to every customer.....in california it might be different....

yeah im gonna go down to the courthouse tomorrow and file a small claims court..i have all the paper work for the car purchase and i have repair papers and im gonna get a written statement from pepboys tomorrow and use all that as proof in court.

so he knew what he was doing that ****er..when i took it to him the first time he gave me used / warped brake pads so i didnt want to go back..im probably gonna take things in my own hands..it might be the mature thing to do but im gonna key the cars on his lot or something.

Let me wise you up here... Posting up a criminal act is stupid. I hate to say it but if you resort to this immature act it is easy to see why the dealer stuck it to you. Just hope the dealer you bought it from doesn't know of this and go key his own cars and go to the cops with your own stupid comments. I say grow up and handle is right or go to jail on stupidity, it doesn't matter to me. Be careful picking up the soap.
