Well to me it looks like a pi intake at least. With the aluminum cross-over and only 1 coolant sensor.

Oil cap says 5W20 so I would say itsPI. Also, no spark plug wiresis a good way to tell.

Yea thats what i thought but i couldnt get him to send a better picture, its a motor a guys listing on ebay as a 96 with 19k milesand i thought it was a PI. The guy doesnt seem to know anything about motors or cars in general

What about that strut tower brace? It's kind of funny because it says 96 on it, but I still think this looks like a PI motor.

Damn you beat me to it.^^^^

96-97 came with strut tower braces from the factor but it does have coil on plug. Which you can convert the coil pack cars to but I think it's rare. The picture seems a lot more like a 99-04 engine.
