Does anyone have the instuctions to install them, I lost them so I need it?

Take old ones off, put new ones on...don't forget to RTV the keyway on the crank pulley.

if u never changed ur pullies ur gonna need a pullie puller for the big pullie and a impact gun for the alternator pullie and then just swap them out

speaking of alt pulley....would you guys recommend it? I've heard some people are against it but I don't remember a solid reason for it.

Don't worry about the alternator pulley, you'll be fine with it. I have no charging problems at all. And like stated above, you'll need a pulley puller to get the crank pulley off, and be prepared to fight with the alt. pulley, it's a PITA to get off.
