I also heard longtubes are better and thats what I want BUT, What about ground clearance if your car is lowered? And I also heard they make tranny repair a pain. If this is not the case LT's without a doubt.

go on ebay and look up CAM headers and they have some nice sets of headers are unbelievable prices

shorties=waste of time/money

Longtubes all the way. I'm still undecided on the CAM headers on Egay. I haven't seen any posts on the fit and quality. The stainless and flange are a big plus in my opinion.

haha no you dont need to pull the motor. but let me put it this way, set aside an entire weekend for header installation. cause i guarantee you there will be profanity, anger, flying tools and maybe a wife with a black eye. they are a major PITA. especially for me an auto

yeah my friend got a set of bbk for his mach 1 and i was skimming threw the instructions... says you have to pull the steering shaft and whatnot. he wound up paying for a install at a local speed shop.

took me about 13 hours to do the header install and i pulled out the k member it was a biotch to do but it was worth it.p.s pace setters headers worked well for me plus they are cheap
