Do you have a aftermarket smaller blower pulley?

bearings ?or do you have the oil line hooked up ? That sounds ugly man . I think you're not getting oil to the blower or the bearings are screwed . It might be time to rebuid it .

+1... I have a vortech minorrebuild kit if you are interested. They go for 400+ bucks at Vortech. It comes with 4 bearings, and two seals.

Well whatever it is vortech is paying for it.
I took it to a shop and they say it could be the idler pulley.

Flanged and sits next to the blower pulley

sounds like metal on metal bearing would be my first guess. whats ur warranty like on the vortech

Do all vortechs have them. I dont think mine has an idler pulley

All vortechs come with a 3 year warranty, but I bought the blower 7 months ago and I just not remembered to turn the paperwork in, so I may not get it.
A shop around town is gonna look and see if it's the idler pulley.
