CC plated correct the caster and camber of your alignment, which could be thrown off by lowering the car more than stock ride height. Sometimes you need them, sometimes you don't. The lower you go the greater the chance of needing them. The reason to get them is because if your alignmnet is off, it kills your tire wear, and could put too much stress on other suspension parts and cause big damage.

it depends on the drop...2" you'll definitly need them. the further you drop the car, the more your camber will be off. my camber was at about negative 5 after dropping it 2". definitly needed the plates to readjust the camber and bring it back to -1.5. tires will wear out quick and you'll get poor handling and lots of bumpsteer with excessivly negative camber.

sport lines ftw!!!

i have them and i needed cc plates because my right side needs aligning, install is a piece of cake for both, although the cc plates require VERY simple drilling

yes youll need cc plates, get MM 4 bolts, easy to install. My buddy had a 1 inch drop and BBK or Gripp 3 bolt cc plates and there still wasnt enough adjustment, so get the MM 4 bolts for sure, there is crap for adjustment on the stockers

You might want to get the Steed X2 ball joints too for proper alignment.

you need to drill out the stock rivets that held the stock c/c plates.i have the BBK grippc/c plates and the work great.you dont really need to adjust much.
