Default Stock Block

I wanted to supercharge my 01 GT. i wanted to get the 2.1L KB big bore. i was wondering how much PSI can the stock block handle. wanted to do at least 9 PSI. im positive that the stock block wont be able to handle 14. but what other block do u guys reccommend so i can run 14? some help here please. thanks
