RE: sumitomo
I have 18x10 in the back and I bought a set of them because I could not afford DR's but I have to tell you they really are not a bad tire. My 60' times went from 2.4 to 1.6 and that is with a 75 shot of nitrous. I do not use the car as a daily driver and the car has never seen the rain so I do not know how they handle in wet condotions. But they are no that bad.

They are cheap, but they are good enough for daily duty. I have them and they grip all righ, but they aren't the best at the track. I break them loose very easily. My best 60' on them has been a 2.197, and the worst was in the 2.6 range. If you are looking for traction, look elsewhere, but if you are just looking for a tire to get you around you'll be fine.

RE: sumitomo
I am a true believer in you get what you pay for and Im not expecting 1.7 60 fts or 35k miles out of the 315s I ordered. All I am looking for is a decent daily tire like I mentioned earlier if they suck im only out 200 bucks no biggie but they may do everything that I ask outta them and that would be awesome. I appreciate everyones input I understand we are all here to help each other out, learn, and save a little cash. At least thats why i am here. Ill give theses cheapo tires a shot and form my own opinion of them.

RE: sumitomo
After doing my research I decided not to go with the 315 Sumi's and just ordered my FR500's from AM and went with Kumho AST's from TireRack. Didn't cost a whole lot more than going with the Sumi's. I don't have 315's out back but the 285's look good enough to me.

do not buy these tires I had them on my 96 and as you can see in my sig it is getting parted out. 50% worn and I hydroplaned and put into a wall at 60. These tires suck cow nuts
