Is it possible to drop a 4.6 from 99 and up into my 96? without getting a new computer. Because getting 215 is gay, that sounds like a v6
I dont know what kinda exhaust you have, but my non pi v8 sounds better then most v8s our there with my flows and tailpipes cut off after the muffler.

and yes you can put those cams in non pi heads, you just have to buy new valve springs, the pi cam is good, but it just makes more sense to put a better than pi cam in your car if your upgrading, unless ofcourse you get the cam for free

id say around 240 rwhp 315 tq, its by far better than doing a full PI swap because PI heads dont flow any better all they do is raise compression, so in reality they are only worth about 5 hp, our heads on the other hand are better for boostedd applications (240 is a conservative estimate btw)
The PI heads do flow better than the NPI heads. You can get your NPI heads ported and polished yo outflow stock PI heads. The ported and polished NPI heads will flow just as good as ported PI heads, so you may want to take that into consideration too.

I've heard otherwise. Around here I think droptoppony is the most knowledgeable about SN95's... hopefully he'll chime in.

PI - performace impeoved
NPI - non-PI.

There are hundreds of threads about this. It's one of those questions that drive people up the wall around here. That and gear threads.

Yes

You will need to get an aluminum PI intake for your 2nd sensor on the intake.
