Default will it pass?

will my car pass emmissions with long tubes if not why and what could i do?

No it wont. Dont put long tubes on if you have to get tested.

It does depend on local laws. In some parts of Pa we have emissions, others don't. Also in Pa, if you drive less than 5k a yr, you get a waiver.

As I undersatnd PA law, its illegal to relocate the cats, but most inspection station wont even look let alone know about that paricular law. Usually, if you pass the sniffer you are fine.
