TYPHOON INTAKE MANIFOLD

RE: TYPHOON INTAKE MANIFOLD
There have been some pretty wild claims made about this intake and so far it looks like a severe "love it or hate it" relationship.
I'm waiting for the Trick Flow to be tested on a stock engine.
BBK is developing a variable runner design for two valve engines that might have promise.

have you ever tried our search function? if you did, you'd know it's not very easy to find stuff.

The only reason that its better than stock is that you can port it. In MMFF articlethey tested on a stock motor and the end results were +2hp and +4lb of torque over stock.$275.00 per hp.They claim 21hp.gain. I dont think its worth it!!!

I got one to replace my stock manifold when it cracked. It was a cheaper alternative to the P-51. It bolted rigth on with no problems, but I don't feel like I gained or lost anything with it. It's nice not to have to worry about the manifold spraying coolant everywhere agian though, and it can be ported.

RE: TYPHOON INTAKE MANIFOLD
I actually saw with my own eyes a 15 rwhp gain from that manifold and a 75 mm combo and a CAI (not that that means anything)
So yes its worth it if you have $500 lying around. Really cleans up the look of the engine bay
