Default Is a JLT CAI any good?

I currently have a catted x-pipe, catback, and diablo tune on the car. Would adding the JLT CAI be worth the $200 ?

If you must buy a CAI, buy a JLT. I'm not voting though...its a close call. I want one because I have a BBK now and it is a PITA to pull my air filter for cleaning. I'm not ready to spend $200+ on one though.

If you dont haev to deal with a "visual" smog inspection just make your own like I did! (One of these days I'll post pics of it). Remove your stock round air cleaner shell, and cut it open with a 3' cutting wheel or sawzall, then stick a K&N filter in it. It worked great for me up until California's visual smog inspection shot me in the foot and I had to buy the FIPK for the C.A.R.B. sticker.

Thanks for all the input guys! Everyone has the RAI? The fenderwell intake claims better gains? Could I go fenderwell or do you think it could suck in water? (I only drive on the road so I'm guessing it will be ok)

when you go threw puddles alot of guys on here say they suck up water because they hang too low and than you run the chance of hydrolocking your motor
