Default Gear oil revisited

Sorry guys, just a little confused. In the Manual I got online:

https://www.fleet.ford.com/maintenan...ls/default.asp

it says the gear oil for my 01 GT is:

- 2.0L - Motorcraft SAE 75W-140 Synthetic Rear Axle Lubricant w/ 4.0oz of friction modifier

Everyone I've seen on here is using RP or Redline 75W-90 or so. I live in Missouri close to St. Louis so we have all types of weather. Which would be best for me?

75W-140 as recommended--RP makes an 85W-140 and redline has a 80W-140. I used Valvoline synthetic 75W-140 when I recently installed 3.73 gears, because that's what my firends at Raabe Racing in Daytona run...
