i saw this in one of the threads but ive never heard of it being needed .... do i need to use loctite on any of the screws in my car.... i didnt use them for the scrws on my short shift kit, should i take out the screws and use some loctite stuff just to be safe or is it unnecesary... and what about to TB and plenum... do i need it for those bolts... let me know if i need it or its really unnecesary for anything
Just remember though wherever you use it dont plan on taking the bolts out. Especially if you use the High Strength(red kind). No need to use it on your shifter.
so i should just use blue loctite on my drive shaft bolts, ill undcrew my shifter bolts and do it on those and also on the TB and plenum... does that osund right?
ok then, loctite blue it is on every bolt.... can i just pick some up at an autozone or something? and also how do u apply it to the bolt... actually im sure it has instructions
