Thats what I thought but I saw a car at the carlisle ford nationals over the weekend with a vortech and when he left it sounded the same way.

He has a Vortech Mini-Race blow-off valve. I have one and it sounds pretty much exactly like that.

go about 45 seconds in when the dyno run starts and listen. Sound quality is crappy so it may not sound perfect but my car sounds exactly like that.

You have to convert to a blow through set up and then vent the blow of valve to the atomosphere. Any aftermarket BOV will work. I'm getting a Greddy RS blow off valve. People don't understand there is no difference between their bypass valve and the blow off valves that the ricers use.
