My buddy just got a supercharger for his 05 GT. He got a Diablo with the kit and he is willing to give me his SCT XCal 2 for almost nothing. What needs to happen so it can be programmed for my 98 GT? What would he need to do and what would I need to do and would there be any costs involved(i.e. send it back and get it reprogrammed for mine?) Thanks

he needs to return his sct tuner to stock and then you will have to go to a shop with a dyno to get it tuned. if it is somehow vinlocked(locked on his car) then you need to take it to a dyno shop, have them send it to SCT to have them reprogram it($150), and then you will then have the dyno shop tune you car. thats everything. hope it works for you.
