Default fuel system help

my car is running extremely rich.hooked up a fuel pressure tester and i'm getting about 5psi on the rail. going to check the pressure regulator unless anyone else has any ideas. also can someone explain to me what bank 1 or bank to would be in regards to the fuel system? driver side or pass. side? and also the o2 sensors. which is bank 1 and which is bank 2? thanks

anyone? y the hell would it be reading 1psi at the fuel rail port?

bank one is the driver side. As far as oxygen sensors, the upstream sensors are before the cats and the downstream are after the cats. as far as the fuel pressure, there either blockage somewhere, example, clogged fuel filter, or bad regulator, or it could be your fuel pump is deciding to take a dump.
