gt 1999, i found steedas plug and play one for 60 bucks. i'm just gonna go with that, thanks neways.

wings: yup i'm 100% on it. i was a little disappointed that i didnt get that great of a price from nino, i found them somewhere else for a little cheaper and gonna go with that.

on a side note: how hard will it be to find a shop that installs a o/r midpipe, we DO NOT have emissions in michigan. I didnt think it would be hard but on another forum they said i'll have to convince them its a off road car and i have to drive there at night, lol sounded shady. i found a guy that will do it for me for $40, but he doesnt have a shop i would have to go to his house, and i'm not so sure i want to do that since i dont even know him lol. so are there any tricks when calling a muffler shop or something when asking about installing a o/r pipe??

id suggest u do it your self, it might take a little while since uve never done it, but save the 40 bucks and go on a date or something, dont spend iton installing the mid pipe. if u REALLY want to pay someoen to do it, im sure its not very expensive, its just a bolt on, shouldnt take to long for a damn muffler shop to put in a bolt in mid pipe

lol i've had just about everyone tell me that. and i have the same response everytime for it: i lack the skills/tools/weather is against me (michigan) theres gonna be 6 ins of snow in a couple days []. the problem is its a o/r pipe and i heard that no shop will touch it since its o/r?? or is that just not true lol

There is a big fine for pulling off cats. Thats why they wont do it. Look for performance shops. They will do it before a muffler shop will. I say do it yourself though. Its SOOO simple.

but if there isnt emissions where u live, then whats the problme... here in CA they wont touch it because u have to pass emissions and theyd get screwed. but if u dont need to pass emission in your state, then i dont see why they wouldnt do it
