Mass Driver

I have been looking around for stangs lately and i have found a few really nice ones for a good price but they all seem to be automatics. The one i am looking at has a brand new rebuilt transmission with a hurst shift kit. My question is, how many of you guys have done this before? I was looking on ebay, and i found a bunch of 5spd transmissions for cheap. I was thinking i would probably break even if i sold the automatic transmission. My question is, how much do you guys think labor would cost if i supplied all the parts? Also, do i need anything other thahn the transmission and some pedals? any opinions appreciated

if you're looking for a manual mustang i'd say buy a manual mustang. swapping out transmissions is alot harder than it sounds. I'd be better just to buy a manual rather to get an auto and do all those mods to make a manual fit in it, you wouldn't break even, i don't know how much extra you'd be paying but i know you wouldn't break even, auto to manual swap is a hefty job just because you have to change things around, atleast that's what i've been told.
