Default spuddering stang.

what would make my car spudder under load. when it is in my driveway at idle and i rev it a little its fine. but when im cruising around and get on it in the slightest it spudders bad. my buddy thinks injectors, or plugs and wires. seems like i lost a good amount of power since this has happened. also when this spuddering happens sometimes, i get a knocking sound under the right front of the car, i thought something with the suspension but it doesnt do it unless the car spudders. please help me out, im going crazy!!!

Thanks Everyone,

Zach

I would think the knocking sound is related to the engine/sputter. I also have a 96 gt and it recently started missing really bad, replaced the plugs and wires and that cleared it up. I would try that first.

so it should run better/ restore the power that it seems to have lost. i just want it to run good ya know.. also yesterday i was driving home and on some new street they are paving one side said bump so i obviously slowed down, and the other side looked fine and said nothing, no f****** sign, so i slowed down right as i saw it, hit it kinda bad but i hope nothing is wrong. my alignment seems to be fine i just want to know how to check to make sure i didnt jack anything up. thanks

yeah I would try changing plugs/wires, probably should use some injector cleaner too and maybe change the fuel filter if it hasn't been changed in a long time
