Default Cut Steeda Springs?

I was on Cardomain and saw someone with an amazing looking Mustang, it was lowered perfectly.
It says he has "Cut Steeda Springs", I can't seem to find any "Cut Steeda Springs" Did he cut them himself? []

Here's his Car -

With a 2 inch drop and 1.8 drop, will the 18 inch rims rub if the car is full?
I'd love to see a picture of the car, once you put 18s on it!

a drop is a drop it doesnt matter what kind of springs u get or even if u cut ur springs, the only time brand/ cutting makes a difference is performance which of course is very important. Eibach is a good name 2 get
