Default Help with Mach 460

I have the Mach 460 system in my 02 GT. And now it's messed up, and I can't figure out why. Here's the story.

I have 6 CD's in the changer. I wanted to take CD #6 out and put a different one in. So I hit Eject, and select slot 6, then a few seconds later, the slot opens, all's normal, then the display says "CD ERROR". So I tried again, same thing. So I'm like, "Eh, oh well, I'll just listen to another CD." Then I noticed that the slot stayed open as if I were going to load a CD. And now I can't play any CD's at all. They all say "CD ERROR" when I try to play any of them, and the slot hasn't closed. I'm stuck listening to the radio and I drive mostly in the morning and rush hour, so I'm stuck listening to talk shows and traffic reports.

Now the car is still under the 60 day if anything ****s up we'll fix it thing from the dealer, but I wanted to see if you guys knew what to do or if it happened to anyone here first before I make a trip to the dealer. Also, it's a Honda dealer I bought the car from (I knew someone working there so I got a good price), and I don't know if they'd be able to fix it anyway.

Anyone have any ideas?

Search is your friend....
https://mustangforums.com/searchpro....bmitbutton=+OK+

Pull the fuse and plug it back in or disconnect the battery then reconnect it to reset the stereo.

Eventually it will fail altogether and you'll have to take it apart to get your CDs out....

Yeah, I would have searched, but I was in a rush to leave, and I figured someone would reply in the time I was out.
